VPN Outgoing Port

I've been using the L2TP VPN in OS X Server for the past 2-years and only had to a couple of ports (I think 500 & 4500) in Little Snitch for it to work. I use the VPN infrequently and noticed several weeks ago that I could no longer connect and needed to allow "racoon" to access 2 random outgoing ports each time that I tried to connect from a client device / IP address. I've searched the web for a way to specify the outbound port, but have not found an answer. I have UDP port forwarding for ports 500, 4500 & 1701 set up in my router. Make sure "Find My Mac" is off on the Mac. That process uses the same ports, and Find My Mac will always override the VPN access to ports. Unless Apple has fixed this in the last two years. If so, I would love to know. You need to open more as just UDP and TCP, I had to do that to make expressvpn work.
